YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ITEMS IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND CHECK THEM OUT WITH THE MARKETPLACE STAFF AFTER THE FESTIVAL TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT!
EACH ITEM must be priced, and will be sold for the price marked. Cents are rounded down. (If your item is priced at $14.99 it will be rounded down to $14 - keep this in mind when pricing your items!)
We will reserve 1/2 of a 6ft. table for you. Please let us know if you require more space! Check in your materials with The Marketplace Manager, when you arrive. You may store things under your table and reload as necessary, but everything must appear on on your inventory sheet whether it is on the table or under the table. Pick up any unsold materials before you leave after the Festival and take them home with you. WE CANNOT SHIP LEFT ITEMS TO YOU AFTER THE FESTIVAL CLOSES. ANY LEFT ITEMS WILL BE THROWN OUT.
YOU MUST check your items in and out with Marketplace Manager! This is the only way we know how much we owe you! Fill out the number of items picked up and the number sold before leaving, and give to The Marketplace Manager. A check will be mailed within 30 days for 90% of what was sold (NBS keeps 10%).
DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT BEFORE LEAVING THE 4-H CENTER!
