Merchandising opportunity: make some cash in the Festival Gathering Marketplace!

Are you an author or artist? Would you like to sell your books or CDs or artwork in the Festival Gathering Marketplace? Table space is limited, so it is first come, first served.

It’s simple:

  1. Reserve your space by May 1st
  2. Bring your items with you to the Festival Gathering
  3. Check-in items with the Marketplace supervisor when you arrive
  4. Check out when you leave
  5. Take any unsold items home
  6. Receive a check for what you sold

You bring it, we sell it, you take whatever didn’t sell back home! 

In order to receive your payment, you must check-in your items with the Marketplace Manager when you arrive and check-out your items with the Marketplace Manager after the Festival Gathering.

This is the only way we know how much we owe you!

Fill out the number of items picked up and the number sold before leaving, and give to The Marketplace Manager.

A check will be mailed within 30 days for 90% of what was sold.

(NBS keeps 10%)


Each item must be priced.

Your items will be sold for the price marked, but cents are rounded down. If your item is priced at $14.99 it will be rounded down to $14 – keep this in mind when pricing your items!

Items must be individually marked.


We will reserve half of a six foot table for you.

Please let us know if you require more space!

You may store things under your table and reload as necessary, but everything must appear on on your inventory sheet whether it is on the table or under the table.


Pick up and take home any unsold materials before you leave the Festival.

We cannot ship items you left behind after the Festival Gathering closes.

Any items left behind will be thrown out.
